Medical English exemption test is going to be held. Students who have just enrolled or those who have had a year of preparatory class at our university as well as those who come from other institutions / departments have the right to take this exam. 2nd and 3rd year students cannot take the exemption test.

Medical English exemption test is going to be held on 25 October 2023 at 11:00 am (the exam venues are to be announced). Students who pass this exam will be exempt from the Medical English course; they will be considered as having completed the credit of the course, they will appear as “Successful” on the transcript, yet no grade from this course will be included in the calculation of GANO (average grade).

Students who pass the exemption test and thus are exempt from Medical English cannot later take the midterms and/or the final exam of this course in order to raise their average grade.
